Ushbu siyosat AdsHelper («Reklamaçi», «biz») reklamaçi.uz sayti, Telegram bot (@reklamacibot) va uning Mini App'i orqali ko'rsatadigan xizmatda — Instagram va Facebook postlarini Meta platformasida reklama qilishda — shaxsiy ma'lumotlar qanday qayta ishlanishini tushuntiradi. Savollar bo'yicha: Telegram: @reklamacibot.

1. Qanday ma'lumotlarni yig'amiz

Telegram profili

  • Telegram ID, ism, familiya, username va til sozlamasi — botni yoki Mini App'ni ochganingizda Telegram beradi.
  • Telefon raqami — faqat o'zingiz ulashsangiz.

Balans va to'lovlar

  • Balans, to'ldirish va yechish yozuvlari, summalar, sanalar, Payme/Click tranzaksiya identifikatorlari.
  • Karta raqami, amal qilish muddati va CVV bizga kelmaydi va saqlanmaydi — to'lov Payme yoki Click sahifasida amalga oshadi.

Reklama buyurtmalari

  • Post havolasi va matni, reklama maqsadi, byudjet, muddat, auditoriya sozlamalari (hudud, yosh, jins, qiziqishlar).
  • Buyurtma holati, moderatsiya qarori, Meta'dagi kampaniya va reklama identifikatorlari, natijalar (qamrov, bosishlar, sarf).

Hamkorlik (boshqa sahifadagi post) roziligi

  • Post egasining Telegram ID'si va ismi, rozilik holati, berilgan va qaytarib olingan vaqti.
  • Post egasi o'z Instagram/Facebook akkauntini ulasa — akkaunt identifikatori, nomi va kirish tokeni yoki hamkorlik reklama kodi (shifrlangan holda).

Texnik ma'lumotlar

  • IP manzil, brauzer ma'lumotlari va so'rov vaqti — xavfsizlik va xatolarni aniqlash uchun server loglarida.
  • Xodimlarning admin paneldagi amallari — audit jurnalida.
  • Cookie'lar — faqat tizimga kirish (sessiya) va forma xavfsizligi uchun. Reklama yoki kuzatuv (analitika) cookie'lari ishlatilmaydi.

2. Ma'lumotlardan nima uchun foydalanamiz

  • Xizmatni ko'rsatish: reklamani tayyorlash, Meta'da ishga tushirish, boshqarish va natijasini ko'rsatish.
  • Balans va to'lovlarni hisobga olish, to'lov provayderlari bilan hisob-kitob.
  • Moderatsiya — reklamaning qonunchilik va Meta reklama qoidalariga mosligini tekshirish.
  • Begona post reklama qilinganda post egasidan rozilik olish.
  • Bot orqali bildirishnomalar: to'lov, moderatsiya, rozilik va reklama holati haqida.
  • Firibgarlik va suiiste'molning oldini olish, qonun talablarini bajarish.

Ma'lumotlaringizni sotmaymiz va uchinchi tomonlarga ularning o'z reklamasi uchun bermaymiz.

3. Ma'lumotlar kimlarga beriladi

  • Meta Platforms (Facebook, Instagram) — reklamani ishga tushirish uchun: post identifikatori, reklama matni, auditoriya sozlamalari, byudjet va muddat. Meta ularni o'z maxfiylik siyosatiga muvofiq qayta ishlaydi.
  • Payme va Click — to'lovni amalga oshirish uchun: summa va buyurtma raqami.
  • Telegram — bot orqali xabar yuborish uchun.
  • Server (hosting) provayderi — xizmat joylashgan ijaraga olingan server. Ma'lumotlar shifrlangan (HTTPS) kanal orqali uzatiladi.
  • Google Fonts — bosh sahifadagi shriftlar shu xizmatdan yuklanadi, bunda Google IP manzilingizni ko'radi.
  • Davlat organlari — faqat qonunda belgilangan hollarda va tartibda.

4. Saqlash muddati

  • Profil, buyurtmalar va roziliklar — hisobingiz faol bo'lgan davrda va o'chirishni so'ragunizcha.
  • To'lov va balans tarixi — buxgalteriya va soliq qonunchiligi talab qiladigan muddat davomida.
  • Texnik loglar — cheklangan muddat, keyin avtomatik o'chiriladi.

5. Xavfsizlik

Barcha ulanishlar HTTPS orqali. Kirish tokenlari va hamkorlik reklama kodlari AES-256 bilan shifrlangan holda saqlanadi. Xodimlarning kirishi rollar bo'yicha cheklangan, ularning amallari audit jurnalida qayd etiladi. Admin panelga parol bilan emas, Telegram orqali yuboriladigan bir martalik kod bilan kiriladi.

6. Sizning huquqlaringiz

  • Qaysi ma'lumotlaringiz saqlanayotganini bilish va nusxasini olish.
  • Noto'g'ri ma'lumotni tuzattirish.
  • Ma'lumotlaringizni o'chirishni so'rash (pastga qarang).
  • Post egasi sifatida berilgan rozilikni istalgan payt qaytarib olish — bunda tegishli reklama to'xtatiladi.

7. Ma'lumotlarni o'chirish

Ma'lumotlaringizni o'chirish uchun:

  1. Bizga yozing: Telegram: @reklamacibot. Xabarda «Ma'lumotlarimni o'chiring» deb yozing. Iloji bo'lsa, Telegram ID'ingizni ham qo'shing.
  2. Murojaat sizdan kelganini Telegram orqali tasdiqlaymiz.
  3. 30 kun ichida profilingiz, ulangan akkaunt tokenlari, roziliklar va buyurtma ma'lumotlari o'chiriladi yoki anonimlashtiriladi. Faol reklamalar to'xtatiladi.

Qonun bo'yicha saqlanishi shart bo'lgan moliyaviy yozuvlar (to'lovlar tarixi) belgilangan muddat tugaguncha saqlanadi va boshqa maqsadda ishlatilmaydi. Facebook orqali akkaunt ulagan bo'lsangiz, ruxsatni Facebook'ning o'zida ham bekor qilishingiz mumkin: Sozlamalar → Ilovalar va veb-saytlar → AdsHelper → O'chirish.

8. Yosh chegarasi

Xizmat 18 yoshdan kichik shaxslar uchun mo'ljallanmagan. Bunday foydalanuvchi aniqlansa, uning ma'lumotlari o'chiriladi.

9. O'zgarishlar

Siyosat yangilansa, shu sahifada yangi sana bilan e'lon qilinadi. Muhim o'zgarishlar haqida bot orqali ham xabar beramiz. Shaxsga doir ma'lumotlar O'zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligiga muvofiq qayta ishlanadi.

This policy explains how AdsHelper ("Reklamaçi", "we") processes personal data when providing its service of promoting Instagram and Facebook posts on Meta platforms through reklamaçi.uz, the Telegram bot @reklamacibot and its Mini App. Contact: Telegram: @reklamacibot.

1. Data we collect

  • Telegram profile: Telegram ID, first and last name, username and language provided by Telegram; phone number only if you share it.
  • Balance and payments: top-ups, charges, amounts, dates and Payme/Click transaction IDs. We never receive or store card numbers, expiry dates or CVV — payments are completed on the Payme or Click page.
  • Ad orders: post link and caption, objective, budget, schedule, targeting (regions, age, gender, interests), status, moderation decisions, Meta campaign/ad IDs and results (reach, clicks, spend).
  • Partnership consent: the post owner's Telegram ID and name, consent status and timestamps; if the owner connects their Instagram/Facebook account — account ID, name and an access token or partnership ad code, stored encrypted.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser data and request times in server logs (security and debugging); staff actions in an audit log; cookies only for sign-in sessions and form security — no advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

To provide the service (creating, launching and managing ads on Meta and reporting results), keep balances and settle payments, moderate ads against the law and Meta's Advertising Standards, obtain post owners' consent, send notifications via the bot, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data.

3. Who we share it with

Meta Platforms (to run ads: post ID, ad text, targeting, budget, schedule); Payme and Click (amount and order number to process payments); Telegram (bot messages); our hosting provider (server infrastructure, encrypted HTTPS transport); Google Fonts (the home page loads fonts from Google, which sees your IP address); public authorities only where required by law.

4. Retention

Profile, orders and consents are kept while your account is active or until you ask us to delete them. Payment history is kept for the period required by accounting and tax law. Technical logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted automatically.

5. Security

All connections use HTTPS. Access tokens and partnership ad codes are encrypted with AES-256. Staff access is role-based and logged; the admin panel uses one-time codes sent via Telegram instead of passwords.

6. Your rights

You may request access to and a copy of your data, correction, and deletion. Post owners may withdraw consent at any time, which stops the related ad. Contact: Telegram: @reklamacibot.

7. Data deletion instructions

  1. Send us a message with the text "Delete my data" via Telegram: @reklamacibot, ideally including your Telegram ID.
  2. We confirm the request via Telegram.
  3. Within 30 days we delete or anonymize your profile, connected account tokens, consents and order data, and stop any active ads.

Financial records that the law requires us to keep are retained until the legal period ends and are not used for any other purpose. If you connected a Facebook account, you can also remove the app in Facebook: Settings → Apps and Websites → AdsHelper → Remove.

8. Age

The service is not intended for persons under 18.

9. Changes

Updates are published on this page with a new date; material changes are also announced via the bot. Personal data is processed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
